It gets good a minute or two in after he gets to the AIG bonuses. I love the look on this guy's face like "what is this 'law' you speak of? My job is to enforce my political agenda." This is kind of a microcosm of everything that scares me about both the current administration and the last one. Beck really goes after him like a shark in a goldfish bowl.
